Good question right? I mean look at that bramble and junk heap!! 'What have I got myself into?' was pretty much the only thing on my mind at this point. Just your average millennial who hates being outside... now actually outside where the bees are kept (help!) My gardening knowledge went as far as you cut the grass with a lawnmower and you yank those weed things out because they will spread like the plague... that's pretty much it. Believe it or not we actually had a gardener for a little while called Alan who I still saw next door as he continued to do my neighbours garden fortnightly. Well Alan pretty much told me off for everything I was doing wrong and exposed how little I knew in regards to gardening. This is when my pride kicked in and I thought 'Who does this guy think he is?' ...the answer is a professional gardener. So I took heed and went about doing some good 'ol research on the interwebs and yeah, turns out Alan was right.
